Fin och stor 160 kvm villa med uppvärmd pool för både vuxna och barn. Nära till natur, salta bad och pulserande stad. Stora ytor både inom- och utomhus att umgås och må bra på. Tyst och avkopplande med grönskande natur 360 grader. Hej, (in english below) Vi hyr ut vårt fina hus under delar av sommaren. Huset ligger längst in på en återvändsgata med naturen in på knuten och fritt från insyn. Huset är beläget i strax söder om Göteborg (35km). I huset finns 3 sovrum. Master bedroom med en 180 cm premium kontinentalsäng (Jensen), gästrummet med en säng på 140 cm och det sista sovrummet är numera ett babyrum men kan enkelt göras om till ett sovrum med en 90 säng. Båda stora sovrummen har tv (48" respektive 55") med tillgång till Cmore och Viaplay etc. Det finns också en smakfullt inredd matsal, fullt utrustat kök, tvättstuga, badrum samt vardagsrum med utsikt över pool och natur (och tv, 65"). Vardagsrummet bjuder även på fantastiska solnedgångar där himlen målas rosa. Huset är renoverat och underhållet löpande och håller fin skandinavisk standard. Till huset hör 200kvm terass med solstolar, hängmatta, hängstol, loungemöbler, matbord och stor Broil King gasolgrill för trevliga middagar. Poolen är 8x4 meter och uppvärmd, passar stora som små då djupet varierar mellan 120 och 160 centimeter. Poolen har tak och ligger i västerläge för maximalt med sol under hela dagen. Till hav och badplats är det ca 2km. Gäster ges tillträde till hela huset utom en klädkammare som hålls låst. Det finns gott om parkering och huset har fritt WiFi samt flera AC. The house is situated at the end of a small street with nature just next to it. It is located in Vallda, just south of Gothenburg (35km), with a 3 min drive to the ocean. The house is prepared for 4 people. The master bedroom is equipped with premium king continental bed and large TV. The guest room holds a 140 cm bed and another large tv. The third had a standard 90cm bed but is today a baby room but can easily be transformed to a third bedroom again. There is also a dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms and a living room with a magical view over the pool and when sunsets. The living room has a TV (65"), and all TV´s have access to Viaplay and Cmore etc. The house is continuously renovated and has nice scandinavian standard and interior. The house is surrounded by a 200 square meter terrace with sun beds, lounge furniture, dinner table and Broil King Master gas bbq for delicious dinners outside etc. The pool is accessible from the terrace and the living room. It is a 8x4 meter pool with heating and it´s facing west for maximal sun during the day. The depth is between 120 and 160cm. The pool also has a roof. Access will be given to the entire house (except a small closet) and there is plenty of room for parking. The house also has free WiFi and air conditioning. Located in an end street on the countryside in Sweden. One neighbour next to the house, a nice little family. Relaxing birds singing from morning to night. Car is to prefer but there is very convenient public transfer 3 min walk from the house. Buses depart every 15-30 min to closest city Kungsbacka with about 20.000 people in Kungsbacka town. Two new adult bikes and two small bikes (4+6 y/o) can be used by our guests up on request.
