Maximum occupancy is four adults or two adults with two children. The beds have natural duck down and duck feather duvets and high thread count natural cotton bedding. The home is new and well insulated, and has comfortable underfloor heating. The living room and dining areas and kitchen all have floor to ceiling sliding windows and look out at a garden screened off from the public road entirely by hedges and a substantial landscaped and stoned earth wall and electric gate, and a historic house, some 30 metres away which does not overlook the property ensuring your privacy. There is a very large, well kept garden you are welcome to enjoy and where kids can play a game of football and run around or pedal a red racecar around. There is an octagonal Teahouse in the garden with comfortable garden chairs. There is also a garden table with four chairs and a large umbrella right next to your home for your private use. There is also a secure 2m wide x 6m long x 2m high storage facility which is always empty next to the home, which can be rented by separate negotiation and which can only be rented for the period of your stay. Right on great footpaths, near Knole Park and Knole House (direct walking route - no need to take a car), adjacent to very swish golf course which has public footpaths too. Behind the property's private gate, you have a quintessentially English “Green” and only after that the public road offering ample free and unrestricted parking, 35 metres from the property (no parking on premises included). complete with historic red telephone booth, and gastropub. The home is close to Sevenoaks’ town centre and high street, with its excellent high street for shopping and the train station offering 4 or more trains per hour bringing you to the centre London in 30 minutes for sightseeing. Usually around but interaction not necessary. Quiet quintessentially English "Green" with classic red telephone box, large green lawn, with superb gastro pub opposite your home, called the Bucks Head which serves great food and takeaways and which has an old world interior complete with fireplace and a dog called Ralph.
