Villa Ana

Villa Ana is located near the small town of Trilj and only 40 km from the city of Split, which as the second largest city in Croatia offers many facilities. Also, the villa is 40 km away from the Adriatic Sea and only a few kilometers from the river Cetina, which also offers its charms of relaxation and adventure. The whole property, which includes a yard pool and house, covers a total of 798m2. Private parking with 4 parking spaces is available in the courtyard and free WiFi is available. The interior of the villa is comfortable and quite spacious. The ground floor of Villa Ana contains an entrance hall, bathroom / WC, kitchen with dining room and small pantry and living room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have access to a spacious balcony with a view, 1 room in which it is possible to place extra beds but primarily for playing, learning, reading and the like and 1 bathroom / WC. Villa Ana also contains 5 air conditioners arranged in rooms and on the ground floor. In front of the building there is a spacious terrace with a barbecue and all barbecue equipment. In addition to a large pool and seating and lounging area, the villa also has facilities for children's play and board games such as table football, darts and the like. The exact location of Villa Ana is Jabuka - a small place under the administration of the town of Trilj. Although close to the center of this small town, the house is located in an extremely quiet environment which provides a special dose of privacy. Within the villa, inside the fenced yard, guests have access to their private parking which is spacious and contains 4 parking spaces. Guests can choose how much interaction they want with the host. Also, the host is there for everything guests need during their stay. Through communication with the host, it is possible to help in selecting and arranging local additional activities (adventure trips, etc.) so that guests can experience the destination in full sense!
