My house offers all the original charm w/beautifully updated kitchens, bathrooms, screened back porch & 2nd story upper deck. There is a 1 car garage & a carport for winter parking. The house has been furnished with antiques as well as University of Illinois memorabilia. There is a gas log fireplace in the home's den and electric fireplaces in several bedrooms that provide a cozy atmosphere. There is a gas grill on the screened porch and a fire pit in the fenced back yard. We are very proud to offer our beautiful home and antique furnishings as your home away from home. We recently updated the second floor beds with two new memory foam queen size mattresses and one memory foam king size mattress. There is an 11 inch thick queen size air mattress and a twin size roll-a-way bed available to sleep 13 people comfortably. Guests will have access to entire house, which include 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (master has king bed & TV and other two bedrooms have queen beds). 3rd floor suite with 2 more bedrooms (one queen and two twin beds in second bedroom), kitchenette, full bath and large screen TV (home offers 2 TVs!). 1 car detached garage & carport + private off street parking for 2 additional vehicles. House is centrally located and is 5 blocks from downtown Champaign and approximately a 10 minute walk to campus and sports arenas. The beautiful Champaign Library is one block away and the Virginia Theater is 4 blocks away. The house is on the MTD bus line that goes to and from campus. Uber and Lyft vehicles are easily accessible 24 hours a day.
