Stylish and cozy apartment with kitchen. It's perfect to spend your nights on a good rest and get going to your awesome adventures around the island. The spot is near the highway exit, restaurants and a Walmart. The place is 6 minutes away from Doramar Plaza. The place is comfy for 1 or 2 persons. The concept is thought for travelers who will be out all day and want to get a good night rest with A/C. You will be 2 minutes away from the highway and 5 minutes away from a variety of restaurants and a Walmart. Dorado Beach is 15 mins away aprox. The apartment is all yours downstairs. If you go out through the side door, please stay downstairs. Upstairs is a private area that belongs to our neighbor. I'm always a call away. I'm a passionate islander and foodie. I love my island, the culture, and mostly I love food! Please feel free to ask on recomendations for places to go food hunting or places to visit in general. The apartment is located in Santa Rosa, Dorado, the area is mostly quiet although the apartment is right in front of a transited street. Upstairs neightbor is the friendliest guy. Having a car is a must in this area. Expect a narrow porch for parking, please consider this if you have a wide suv or truck. There is some street parking but it is a bit complicated. Their is a small side outdoor alley but no balcony.
