A dining area with a table and four chairs. A kitchen equipped with a; - Four ring hob and oven - Fridge - Dishwasher - Washing machine - Expected utensils. A separate contemporary toilet and shower. Upstairs; Offers a large bedroom with a double and single bed, which are always made up, with an abundance of storage. Externally; The decking area can be used to your full benefit. Perhaps enjoy an early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the sun-soaked pontoon. Outdoor furniture is included to complement those summer BBQ's. The lake is well stocked with carp and full access is offered to use it for responsible fishing activities. Entering the water or use of any boat is strictly prohibited. Should groups of families wish to use this fantastically unique space then further discussions can be held regarding more than four visitors and the inclusion of tents. Such attractions include the Bluebell Railway, the National Trust Sheffield Park, Nymans, Devils Dyke, and the All England Show Jumping Ground at Hickstead. Wivelsden is two minutes off the A272, ten minutes to Haywards Heath, fifteen minutes to the historic town of Lewes and thirty minutes to Brighton seafront.
