Also a well-equipped kitchen (m/w, d/w, w/m), parking, own patio garden & garage for bikes/storage etc., indoor pool & sauna (1 Mar to 1 Nov). An ideal stop-gap for contractors, or if you're in-between purchases... Sleeps: 1 x king-size bed - 2 adults 1 x single drop down bed - 1 adult 1 x sofabed - 1 adult or 2 kid (for short stays) Travel cot Good to know…. Other useful inclusions are a hairdryer, highchair and travel cot. Bike storage is available in the adjacent garage. Any specific requests – please ask – we’ll do our best to make your stay comfortable. NO pets and NO smoking. The complex is quiet, private and secluded... it won't suit wild party animals - please respect the neighbours, make yourselves at home, relax and enjoy the surrounds both inside and out! The highly regarded historic town of Beverley, East Yorkshire boasts an excellent range of local amenities including an extensive range of shops including the newly opened Flemmingate with its cinema and cafes. The East Riding Theatre is a 10 minute walk away, as is the town centre with its numerous public houses and restaurants. The apartment is a five minute stroll to the magnificent Beverley Minster and close to St Mary’s Church and the open countryside of Westwood Pasture with Beverley Racecourse at its centre. Beverley’s Saturday Market provides and eclectic mix of stalls in a surround of cafes, restaurants and shops. The town is ideally placed for access to the surrounding areas including Hull – City of Culture 2017, York, the M62 motorway as well as the coast for Hornsea and Bridlington. Bring your car and park then walk and explore... Come by train - we're a 10 minute walk from the BR station. Cycle - The Tour de Yorkshire is returning to Beverley in May 2018 - you can keep your bikes safe in the adjacent garage. The bus station is situated in the centre of the town approximately 12-15 minutes walk away. The area is well serviced with local taxis. Guest bedroom has foldaway bed making way for office space, dressing room, play room or nursery... There is a sofa bed for occasional use.
