A 12 minute walk to either Sanderstead or Purley Oaks railway stations. Both stations are 23 minutes to Victoria & London Bridge. Wonderful garden access. The space is light and airy, quiet and comfortable. There are large glass doors into the garden with full-length privacy curtains. Underfloor heating makes the space very cozy. I am happy to help, if needed, with local information, good places to eat, locally. I also grow organic vegetables so can supply herbs and salad, and if in season, you can pick your own raspberries! Sanderstead is a nice village in South Croydon with two mainline train stations! Lovely walks close by. A calm and peaceful area. Bus to East Croydon from the house gate. Waitrose is at the top of the hill. Bus 403 to Sanderstead & Purley oaks Stations, also goes to East Croydon. 2 local train stations 12 minutes walk. There is an off-street parking space for the apartment.
