Newly converted south facing garden room with en-suite shower room, suitable for 1 or 2 adults. Patio doors lead directly to the garden with a lovely south facing aspect. A perfect base for Newmarket the home of horse racing, and exploring the historic towns of Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds and Ely. Close to the A11/A14. With a local village pub within walking distance. Direct access to the garden with seating available. Quiet and relaxing aspect. We keep horses at home so you will need to enjoy having them close by. If you are thinking of staying for racing or the sales we are often going that way ourselves so are happy to provide lifts when we can. The village of Freckenham is on the edge of farmland and the fens. There are several local footpaths if you would like to go for a wander. There is plenty of wildlife around so if you enjoy birdwatching there are many to see, and muntjac deer and rabbits often snack on my garden. We can provide good coffee and pastries for breakfast if required, and can sometimes offer a full English (for an extra cost) at weekends please give us a shout if you would like this and we will see what we can do!
