Outdoor table and chairs are perfect for breakfast or dinner under the pine trees. There is NO SMOKING in the house, on the deck or anywhere on the premises. The best part of this property is the 100's of yards of creek frontage, perfect for nature walks on the maintained walking path circling the property. With no nearby neighboring houses you feel as if you are in your own private setting. Multiple acres of flat maintained grounds near the creek make for perfect site to relax and enjoy nature. There is also a bathhouse with an outdoor shower to clean up the kids after a day of playing in the creek. There are NO OPEN FIRES allowed anywhere on the property. You have access to all 11 acres and the creek. Please do not access the land on the opposite side of the creek it is private property. The trails circling the property are the boundaries, please stay off of neighboring property, but please feel free to walk any of the trails/fire roads on the property. The trails circling the property are the property boundry so please stay on the trails and don't wonder onto our neighbors property. Although no one else has access to the creek on our property the other side of the creek is owned by someone else. Downton Grass Valley and Nevada City are a short drive away, (4 - 5 miles) Just over an hour drive and you are in Tahoe. Please be cautious of the creek during winter/spring.
