Surrounded by beautiful countryside with access to endless walks on the famous Watership Down. Just a short walk to the village pub and playground. Kingsclere includes 2 village shops, hair & beauty salon, 2 village pubs, chemist, doctor, butchers, coffee shop and a gastro pub. Quick access to Newbury and the train station as well as other attractions such a Newbury Racecourse. Basingstoke is also just another 12 miles in the opposite direction which has a large shopping centre and many other family activities. 6 miles from Newbury train station and 12 miles from Basingstoke train station with bus links to both towns.
