Apartmany Peringer - cosy mountain villa

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2-4 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. The house has recently undergone a complete renovation. It is equipped with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, always with the emphasis on comfort and functionality. Comfortable sleeping is ensured by lamellar grates and high-quality mattresses. We use exclusive fine cotton bedding. The house is equipped with central heating system, the ground floor has heated floor and radiators are on the 1st floor. The heating is controlled remotely to ensure the house is pleasantly warm at your arrival. To make the atmosphere even more pleasant, you can use the tiled stove in the living room. On top of all the usual equipment you can use an automatic espresso machine with a built-in coffee grinder. There is also a separate ski storage room with hot-air dryers for ski and hiking boots and a small work corner for ski or bicycle maintenance. An infrasauna can be used too. We have a free high speed Internet connection, WiFi network covers the entire house. TV service is provided via O2 TV with several dozen channels. You can also use a DVD player, CD player. If you can not get away from your work you might appreciate a separate study where you will be disturbed just by the scenic view of the surrounding hills. The large landscaped and fenced garden is there just for you. Comfortable car entrance and exit via automatic gate. Three newly covered parking places will make your life easier after night's snowfall. We rent the house in the same condition as we use it for ourselves. We will not distract you by our presence, you should feel here like at home with all the benefits (full privacy), but also with occasional minor duties - e.g. sweeping snow from the stairs or removing it from the gate area. In the event of a heavy snowfall, we will clean the driveway with a snow blower. Pernink has been founded as a mining village in the 15th century. The medieval name of the village was Peringer, hence the name of the house. It is situated on the main ridge of the Ore Mountains at an altitude of 850 - 900 m above sea level. It is an ideal starting point for winter and summer activities: Many machine maintained trails for cross-country skiing. Lighted circuit for evening cross-country skiing is right in front of the house. Local ski slopes 500 meters from the house, the modern ski resort Plešivec is just 3 km away. Numerous paths suitable for walking and cycling. Arrival by car is easy even in winter, roads from Ostrov and Hroznětín are climbing via a closed valley and there is no danger of snow blowing like in some other villages in Ore Mountains. Please remember the winter tires must be used in winter season. Public transport includes regular bus and train lines (Karlovy Vary - Potůčky - Johanngeorgenstadt). The bus stop is about 50 m from the house in the center of the village, the train station is about 1 km above the house. Accommodation with dogs or other pets is allowed only after prior approval and at additional cost (same charge as for an extra person). Pets are not allowed in beds nor on the seating furniture.
