The property consists of a main house, connected middle house and a separate studio with a gallery. It has ample front and back yards, a swimming pool, a playground, a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. Sleeping arrangements are set for 12 guests and can be extended for up to 14 people. Furthermore, 2 baby beds are available upon request. During the summer, AC is only required in the studio. Please inquire for one-day events and options for renting only parts of the property for fewer people. The place is ideal for families, groups of friends or working colleagues. Depending on the duration of your stay, a domestic helper may come to clean the rooms and change the bed sheets and towels. Moreover, the pool may have to be maintained, the grass mowed and the cistern refilled. I will be present again for your check-out. The neighbourhood is composed of mainly weekend houses, farmland and wine yards. A convenience store is located within walking distance and there are several restaurants a short distance away by car. The area is outstanding for walking and bicycle riding, be it straight out of the front door or from one of the many starting points within the nearby national park. The town of Sremski Karlovci, a popular sightseeing destination with local and foreign tourists alike, is a 10-minute drive away by car. Fruška Gora is a certified wine region with its own wine route and hosts many monasteries, which are open to the public. Moreover, the property is 17 km away from the fortress of Petrovaradin where the Exit Festival takes place every summer. You can also just stay in and chill at the swimming pool, have a barbecue, play a match of billiard or watch your children enjoy the playground. The best way to travel is by car. The property is located approximately 75 km from Belgrade and 20 km from Novi Sad respectively. An alternative is to use the train until Sremski Karlovci and to continue by taxi. Finally, you may arrive by bicycle following Section 4 of the well signaled Danube Bike Trail. There is the possibility to arrange the washing and ironing of your cloths with the domestic worker. This service is exclusive, and its availability and cost should be inquired beforehand.
