Secondary home by the sea

The house is semi-detached, 90 sqm, situated in the fishing village Fiskebäckskil in the Swedish west coast. The location is central and beach, tennis courts and shops are all within a 5 min walk. House incl 4 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, livg room. The location is enables you to walk around the village and the nature with fields, beaches and pathways are all right on the doorstep. TV, terrace with BBQ, kitchen with all facilities. Since this is a secondary home we will not be around the village during the rental periods but we have family and friends that will look after our guests. the proximity to everything; harbor where you can enjoy nice restaurants (seafood), cafes, tennis, beaches, golf course (5 min by car), shops. The village is a small and calm fishing village so if you enjoy walking, hiking and swimming in the ocean this is a good vacation spot. The village is not for people who look for a variety of amusements and plenty of restaurants, bars etc. There is public transport with buses going to/from the village several times per day. It is possible to take a bus from Gothenburg directly to Fiskebäckskil (ca 2 hrs drive).
