Our cottage offers a perfect country retreat in a beautiful setting within a short drive to Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford. It is a few minutes walk to the local pub, butcher, bakery and general store as well as rolling hills and glorious views. With original features and exposed beams our cottage was lovingly restored throughout offering all the comforts of home and essentials of a luxury weekend stay. Midway Cottage is full of character and style while being so cosy and comfortable, the perfect antidote to a busy life. We have Harmon-Kardon speakers, White Company sheets and wifi throughout. The living spaces have wood-burning fireplaces and the bedrooms electric heating for the cooler months.The well-stocked kitchen and the sunny patio are perfect for outside dining, and the winding path opens up into a whimsical rose-filled garden with a bbq and fire pit. Guest have private access to the patio and garden which include a bbq and fire pit. Ideally located twelve miles from Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford and Banbury. A few doors down is a lovely country pub and within a ten minute walk you will find an amazing butcher and bakery, a play-ground and a general store with local produce. Across the road and all around there are many local walking paths and areas to explore. The Feldon Valley Golf Course is also a two minute drive and the Cotswold Distillery is a five minute drive along with many other country pubs. Hook Norton Brewery is a 12 minute drive. Oxford, Cheltenham and Bicester Village are a small drive away. Shipston on Stour is the nearest town with some lovely independent shops, cafes and restaurants. There is space for two vehicles to park directly in front of the cottage, and a bus stop just down the road. The train from Paddington to Banbury is ten miles away
