The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level. There is a curved staircase to the second level. Not suitable for persons with mobility issues. Spacious kitchen fully equipped for meal preparation. There is a flat screen tv in the upper living room and in the master bedroom. There is a smaller flat screen tv in the living/kitchen area on the main floor. Full access to the vacation home. Full access to a washer and dryer, free of charge. The Brew Shop is open to the public three days a week. This is an excellent time to come in and say hi! Short walk to the Maitland River and the Maitland Trail for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Many popular restaurants and grocery stores (Zehrs/Walmart/Food Basics) are located within a 2-5 minute drive from our place. There are 5 pharmacies located in town as well. Free parking in the town of Goderich. Taxi service is available. Free parking onsite located right bedside the entry door. Keyless entry with personalized code. TV entertainment is provided by Shaw Direct satellite (a package with popular channels for both adults and children).
