Located in the attractive village of Kirkby with views of the North Yorkshire Moors, the property is an ideal base for walking, biking or visiting the wide range of local attractions . Ayresome house offers a spacious modern kitchen and dining space plus a cosy living room. It has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room plus a large bathroom. Outside there is a private garden with a patio and garden furniture. Please note that the property is not suitable for children. Guest have access to all of the downstairs area and the private back garden. By arrangements guests can have access to the garage for safe storage for bikes. Upstairs guests have access to the two double bedrooms and the bathroom I live a mile and a half away and am available for help most of the time Kirkby village has a public house which serves food and is a good basis for walks around the area. Great Broughton is half a mile away with three pubs serving food. The attractive market town of Stokesley is two miles away and has many shops and cafes, supermarkets, ATMs and petrol.
