My place is located in the area of the village Rica, 5km from the town of Jajce, the last capital of the Bosnian kings. It is special because of the forests and untouched nature along the river that flows through the ranch. There is a family house, modern cottage, terrace and a garden that is streched over 70,000 square meters, It is a traditional ranch but very modern equipped; ideal for family, business (team building), hunting, fishing and sport (cycling, climbing, kayaking) tourism.
