The best feature of this house is that it backs up to the Grant Nature Preserve where you may walk, jog or bike. Nearby is Bayview Park where you may use the beach, picnic area, playground and tennis courts. Guests may access their own bedroom and all other parts of the house. Since I primarily reside in Florida but come to Illinois on occasion, I may or may not be present in Illinois when you are in my house. The home has security cameras outside and one in the common area only for your personal and security protection and only reviewed upon accusations or claims. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Lake Villa. It offers convenient access to many places nearby. It is about an hour's drive to Milwaukee and an hour and 20 minutes drive to Chicago. You can be at Six Flags in around 20 minutes. The best thing about this property is that it backs up to the Grant Nature Preserve where you may walk, jog or bike. Nearby is Bayview Park where you may lie on the beach, or use the playground or tennis court. There are two Metra stations nearby: one in Fox Lake, and the other in Lake Villa. You may take the Metra to Chicago or Wisconsin.
