This family run home is within easy reach of the university and City Centre and boasts a games room complete with a pool table. Sky Sports and Entertainment, Amazon Prime movies, Netflix and Freeview are all available, as is the fastest broadband in the UK. Located within the heart of the University area with its many bars, cafes, clubs and restaurants, the house is perfect for visiting families, groups attending for courses, conferences and work placements, as well as those just wanting to see the sights of the wonderful City of Kingston upon Hull and the East Riding. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to create a meal or order out, and extra guests can be accommodated by means of the futon in the main bedroom creating space for a maximum of 7 people. The whole house is available to guests with a small patio garden. I live nearby and will be on hand to deal swiftly with any issues and answer any questions. Access is safely handled by means of a key box, details of which will be sent prior to arrival. Newland Avenue is Hull's most vibrant area with a huge choice of bars and restaurants, shops and services. Frequent bus services lead to the City Centre, hospital and train station with onward journeys to all over the country. Parking is freely available in the street outside the house, and bicycles can also be arranged by prior appointment. Bus services from Newland Avenue and Beverley Rd are frequent.
