The apartment is located in a peaceful location close to the forest on the outskirts of Maribor. It is renovated and fully furnished, clean, friendly and set with love. It is located close to the Maribor Old town, where you can find bars, restaurants, pubs etc...Welcome. The 70sq meters apartment has a separated entry area with wardrobe and shoe closet. A bath-shower with cosy towels, a hair dryer and washing machine. Fully furnished kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker etc... part of which is also a dining place. In one room (living room) you will find TV stand and bed sofa designed for two 2 persons. In one sleeping room you will find comfortable double bed with mattress (160 x 200) and closet. In another sleeping room there is comfortable double bed with mattress (140 x 200) and chest of drawers. Additionally, there is free internet access via WiFi and cable TV. I also offer breakfast basket at your request. There is a free parking space. If you would like to stay for a longer time, I can provide a laundry service. I will personally welcome you. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the forest. Around the place you have green space. There are two small supermarkets, post office, farmacy, first aid station, pub, public transport (city bus) and catholic church within walking distance. Activities. There are hiking and cycling trails leading from the place. You can hike or cycle to the Maribor Old town or surrounding rural tourism farms with excellent home made food and wine. If you enjoy water activities there is river Drava where you can do kayaking, canoeing and other watersports and many recreational activities. Its rich fauna allows diverse fishing. There are excellent walking and cycling trails at the river embankment. Within 2 km from the place there is a hipodrom where you can ride horses and see horse races. Within 3 km there is a spa Fontana where you can use indoor and outdoor swimming pools or take a relaxing massage and sauna. Within 8 km there is a mount Pohorje where you can hike, mountain cycle & downhill cycle (Bike park) or you can use cableway and pohorje-jet sledding. You can get around with the City bus. If you want to rent bikes, just let me know, so that I can prepare them for you. Adults and kids. By agreement I can organize transport up to six people without heavy luggage or 4 people with full luggage from and to airports (Maribor, Graz, Ljubljana, Zagreb), Maribor railway and bus station. Same goes for any sight seeing in Slovenia as you can be in two and half hours at sea side or the Alps. The prices include 9,5% VAT. Additional you need to pay Maribor municipal tourist tax (paid in cash when you move in): adults = 2,50€/per/night children 7-18 years = 1,25€/per/night Cleaning fee is 20 €. Breakfast is available for 10€ per person. Dogs are welcome. Additional fee need to be paid in cash when you move in (small dogs 7€, medium and large dogs 10€). If you stay in a tourist or lodging facility, me as accommodation provider must register you with the competent police station within 12 hours.
