Private, fully furnished 2 bedroom/1 bath home with a complete kitchen approximately 1,000 sf. New SPLIT A/C'S in both bedrooms (very quiet). Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Pots/Pans, dishes and utensils for your use. Free wifi, and basic cable TV. Enjoy cool breezes on the deck while having your morning cup of coffee, or your evening glass of wine. Our home is like an olive green with off white trims. Washer/Dryer in the carport and we use enviromentally free cleaning and laundry products. It's healthier for you and our environment! Full access to the separate upstairs 2 bdrm apartment with a complete kitchen and has its own entrance. In addition, guests will have access to new split A/C's in both bedrooms. A washer/dryer located in the carport. Free High-speed wireless internet and basic cable TV also included. Free Street parking always available. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats, and sand toys available for your use. There is also a pack n play, high chair, folding chair and baby bath tub for infants and a safety gate for the stairs. Also, portable fans, folding table, iron/ironing board, curling iron, etc. We try our best to welcome our guests upon arrival, but if we're not available, guests can use a lockbox to retrieve keys. We live on the property(downstairs) and are available for assistance if needed. There are 2 grandkids that live here, a 8 yr old and a 6 yr old that will love to greet you, too! Safe, quiet, peaceful family oriented neighborhood in Enchanted Lakes. A 3 minute drive to the Enchanted Lakes shopping complex with local eateries including a Starbucks, Safeway, Round Table Pizza, McDonald's, etc. Enjoy a morning or afternoon walk/run around the lake for exercise or catch a movie at the new Kailua Cinemas. Just a short 5 minute drive to popular Kailua Town or to Kailua's gorgeous, white sand beaches! No parking fees😊 We recommend our guests to get a rental car to be able to explore everything and getting around our beautiful island. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with a King and a Queen size bed with newly installed split Panasonic A/C's(very quiet)and will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. There is a Queen size air mattress that can accommodate 2 more people for an additional fee.
