En-suite toilet & shower. Use of private parking space included. Use of WiFi. Short term guests welcome to use fridge space & microwave. Flat is also home to two long-haired cats.A 1st floor flat with it’s own front door on a quiet estate built in 2010. Ten minutes walk from Cosham train station. Short drive to A27/M27 & M275. Good for access into Portsmouth or to the east or west of portsmouth. This is a two bedroom flat, of which the master bedroom (with en-suite) is available for booking. Local to shops. Handy place from which to work, visit or explore Portsmouth or local area. Beautiful woodland & waterside walks less than ten minutes away. Aside from the private room and en-suite guests will have access to use microwave in kitchen, kettle for drinks and storage in fridge. Small selection of cereals available. Unfortunately use of the hob and oven is not included. Respectful of guests’ privacy. Equally happy to chat if the guest is happy to do so. My home is right next to Highbury College, a five minute drive from Lakeside business park and ideally suited for public transport and road links into Portsmouth. Portsmouth area is flat so easy for cycling. Nice walks around hilsea lines or along Langstone Harbour or on to Farlington Marshes Nature Reserve nearby. Choice of buses or trains into Portsmouth or to Fareham, Havant, Southampton etc are 10-15 minutes walk away. The property is protected by a video doorbell. Two long-haired cats live here. Please note: I regret I am not able to accept bookings by third parties (the profile making the booking must be the guest that turns up) or accept bookings from guests whose profiles do not include Government ID and selfie. (ID is not seen by me and profile picture is not seen by me until I accept the booking).
