Sherwood Cottage Bed and Breakfast is set only the oldest street in Kirkby in Ashfield just 5 minutes from Junction 28 of the M1. With many years experience in the hotel industry I aim to offer hotel standards but in a friendly informal homely atmosphere. Our prices are charged at room only rate to give guests the flexibility of having breakfast or not. Full English Breakfast is £8 per person Light Breakfast is £5 per person A breakfast menu can be found below There are two seating areas in the garden for guests use, a communal lounge, private bedroom with en-suite bathroom and adjacent private dining room where breakfast is served and you can also use to work or bring back a take away. The lounge is communal and the top floor is exclusively yours. The bedroom is en-suite and you have private use of the dining room. While take aways are fine we do not offer any cooking facilities. A co-op supermarket is 5 mins walk, very nice chinese restaurant 10 mins, fish and chips 10 mins, pub 2 mins, excellent pub dining 20 mins. Lots of other dining places not far to drive. We offer off street parking with CCTV where you have your own reserved space so will never have to park on the road.
