Beautiful self-contained lower conversion, sleeps 2-4 people

Private main door entrance into vestibule and hallway, which leads to the lounge, bathroom, hall cupboard and bedroom. Access to the kitchen is up a step, through the lounge/dining area. The flat has been recently updated, with a new bathroom suite, freshly decorated and new flooring. We are still waiting on a new hearth being fitted, however have carpeted the area just now to make it cosy and comfortable. The lounge has a pull down small double bed which would suit two younger children or one adult. The bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and large wardrobe. The bathroom is small but has a new power shower fitted over the bath. The kitchen houses the boiler, has a gas oven, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Access to the patio. Outside the patio is split between upstairs and downstairs. Ours is the white painted area in the photo with the picnic bench. We are currently waiting on our handyman building a planter to divide the two patio areas. Just one adult living upstairs.
