Brand new self-contained 2 Double Bedroom ( both en-suite) Annex set in countryside within walking distance of the River Hamble. Set amongst the meadows, horses and even an albino peacock! Beautiful quiet location but only a short drive into Warsash Village where you will find friendly pubs and restaurants. Many walks on your doorstep along the Hamble River or coastal path. The outside snug has lovely views over the meadows , perfect for relaxing and enjoying a chilled glass or two ! The Guests have a private entrance and can relax in the open plan Lounge,Dining area and Kitchen. There is a large fridge freezer, oven and hob and ample crockery/cooking utensils you would need to prepare meals for 4. There is a new addition of a hob tub in an enclosed area on the ground floor by the entrance. You have access to all areas of the annex , snug at the top of the stairs and parking area,. Walks available from the bottom of the stairs and you have meadows and the seashore to take a picnic. I will always be available on the phone should there be any questions.
