Great neighbourhood with a one minute walk to the beach as well as a nearby park and local shops/restaurants all in easy reach. Excellent local transport - buses and trains all nearby. There’s also an easy access cycle path that runs along the seafront. Easy walking to nearby local shops & restaurants. Great location with easy walking to the beach, local park, town centre, local shops and restaurants. Ocean Beach and Billy Hundreds are award winning restaurants and are only a couple of minutes away. The famous Southend Pier and amusement park is a 15 minute stroll away and is definitely worth a visit.
