An old traditional house in Agios Lavrentios village, builded around (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) a.c during Othoman period. Well preserved and full equipped, with stone walls, wooden floors and a beautifull stone yard in two levels with unlimited view to Pagasetic Gulf. An old traditional house, well preserved and full equipped. The house is made of stone with wooden floors and three fireplaces. A beautifull stone yard, in two levels, offers to the visitors unlimited view to Pagasetic Gulf. The main entrance is at the second level together with rooms 4, 5, bathroom and storeroom. Τhe kichen is on the first level and from there a second entrance leads directly to the yard. At the third level is the main living room, rooms 1, 2, 3 and a balcony with breathtaking view. Guest have access to every room in the house and to all external spaces, except the basement (excluded to take woods for the fireplace, during the winder sesson). The village is well known for the traditional buildings and stone streets (kalderimia). The house is placed on a quiet and peaceful side of the village and offers enough privacy to visitors. For sure you will be thrilled by the breathtaking view. Generally you will move in the village on foot. Twice a day, morning and afternoon, local buses conect St. Lawrence with the beach and the city of Volos. Υou have to walk on the traditional stone street (kalderimi) to arrive at the house. Also near the house is stable with horses, hope you dont have a problem with the animals !!!. Feel free to ask for horse tour around village.
