This charming holiday terraced house on different levels is located in the heart of the small and characteristic Ligurian village of Serra di Lerici, with an enchanting view of the famous “Golfo dei Poeti”. The area will offer you countless activities and attractions: in addition to excursions on foot or by bike along the numerous and suggestive paths of the near Montemarcello park, golf lovers will find in about 6 Km a golf club dominating the evocative Gulf of Lerici and its castle whose profile seems to emerge from the sea. Here you are in one of the most cherished and praised corners of the great literature of the 1800s and 1900s (Byron and Shelley are an example of it), within the well-known "Golfo dei Poeti" a coastline which is colorful, unique and evocative with its green hills and crystal clear water. The Versilia coast with the famous Forte dei Marmi for shopping lovers is reached in just over an hour by car. And finally, the spectacular scenery of the villages of "The Cinque Terre", reachable both by train from La Spezia and by boat, starting from the small port of Lerici, passing through Portovenere which, with the archipelago of the Palmaria island, have also been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
