If Matt is gone, note that the magic show portion is not included. You will have your own room, bathroom, kitchen, and many other communal rooms you can disappear into (that you'll likely almost always have to yourself). The house is 5,500 square feet! Matt works frequently (or may be out of town) and makes a dedicated effort to give guests privacy. Previous guests have found it to be lovely and helpful to have Matt available if needed. Magic Show: (When Matt is at home/ in town) Included in your stay, if you wish, is Matt's renown close up magic show that he's performed for governors, sports figures, major companies, and celebrities. You won't believe the incredible magic happening just inches from your face. Interactive, hilarious, and appropriate for all ages. Schedule this upon arrival with Matt or in advance with messaging. Performed in the library or theater. (A $750 value - Apx. 20 minutes) Cozy is an understatement with the cabin room. Newer beddings, comfy pillows, window seats, with an incredible view of the property. Full private newly renovated bath just next door, and walk in closet. Full bed that sleeps two - snugly. Laundry available. The Tommy Bahama room makes you feel like your tropical vacation has just begun. This room has newer beddings, a super comfy mattress, a fantastic work space, and the best view of the estate. The Ralph Lauren room also has newer beddings, beautiful art, and a great desk to work at. Very elegant! The home has secrets around each corner. Owned by a well known magician in MN. Challenge yourself to find the secret doors, tour the magic library with antique magic, bizarre taxidermy and a cozy fireplace, play a game of pool in the lower level, and have some breakfast in your private kitchen after working out in the full home gym. Enjoy a movie in the new theater with dozens of movies to pick from. Relax by the pond on the dock or screened in gazebo while watching live swans. Enter the secret garden and play a giant game a of chess. Take a nature walk through the woods and look for deer, fox, hawks, owls, and wild turkey. Poke your head in the barn to say hi to the rabbit and chickens! The property is breath taking and very private, as though you're in the country. Cooking utensils available from main kitchen if needed for your private kitchen. (Main items like dishes, folks, knives etc, are in private kitchen.) Matt is very welcoming and wants to make sure you enjoy your stay. You'll really love the home. Leo, a small dachshund lives on the main level, and is very friendly. Wonderful family neighborhood. Very quiet. Easy access just a mile or less off the highway Getting around is a breeze. 494 is a major vein to the city and the airport. Getting there take takes 17 minutes or so without traffic. Major mall located 5 minutes away. Taxies and Uber have no problem zipping out to Plymouth. 6 minute drive to luxurious Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka. Quant shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the iconic train depot. The home is located just a mile or less off 494 in Plymouth. The property is one of the last few remaining large plots of land and you'll think you're in the country after 5 minutes. Very safe area and very quiet. An abundance of wild life roam the property daily.
