Friendly Kifissia Apartment

The independent apartment is in the basement floor of our modern design house. The access is through our house. The apartment consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, one bathroom and a living room with kitchen facilities and extra two beds, one a sofa bed , the other one a bunk bed. Daylight is limited but through the light colours and high ceilings of the apartment a friendly atmosphere is created. We are 14 walking minutes from the Kifissia train station in a nice northern suburb of Athens and 7 minutes from St.Catherine's school The kitchen has a fridge, a coffee machine and a small cooking top. We are a Greek German family that lived in the USA for a couple of years. ATTENTION! We occasionally have a cat in our house. The cat has no access to the apartment, though. washing machine / dryer I will be available to offer help to the guests during their stay at our house. We live in a calm and green middle class part of a posh neighborhood in the north of Athens, Kifissia. The center of Kifissia is very lively and in a walking distance, 15 min, to the house. Such is the train station. By train you reach all the sights in the center of Kifissia. Parking is easy in our neighborhood.
