Sea view villa near city, beach and nature

With a perfect location on the beautiful Värmdö you can enjoy Stockholm city, golf and the wild nature with the archipelago, forrests and sand beaches. A modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, sea view and a fantastic garden of 3000 m2 surrounded by a fence. Only 25 minutes drive or by bus to Stockholm and Slussen. Modern, light and exclusive interior with high quality Nordic materials. Two floor house. First floor: Spacious open living area with fire place, big 65' TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6-8 persons. Panorama windows and sliding door with direct access to the 90m2 terrace facing towards south with sea view, bbq and spacious outdoor dining area. One bedroom, an office and a bathroom with indoor jacuzzi. Second floor: Two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a TV-area (50' Smart TV) with access to a balcony with sea view. Garden: Big sunny, beautiful garden with fruit trees, various berries, herbs and flowers. A green house where we usually grow vegetables. A second terrace with bbq and sea view. The garden is also perfect for children, with a playground, football pitch and trampoline. Please note that some traffic noice can be heard when you are in the garden. The road is some hundred metres away and can neither be seen nor directly accessed from the estate. We have two other smaller houses on the premises that are rented by two girls. They only spend time in their houses or on their private terraces. The house is situated in a neighbourhood surrounded by nature. Our property is 3000m2 and you can enjoy the lush garden. Maybe pick some fresh berries, vegetables or herbs for your cooking. Free car park is available (including electric car charger) at the property but you can also stay here without a car since the bus stop is only a few minutes walk away and the buses leave regularly to Stockholm (about 25 minutes by bus). Our house is the last house in a residental area with no through traffic. Common land on two sides of the property and hedge and fence surrounding the garden. There is also a small house on the property permanently rented by a young female but the main house, terraces and the garden will only be accessible for you. Take a 10-minute morning walk to the local bakery, "Systrarna Delselius" situated on the beautiful Grisslinge beach (rated as one of the best beaches in Stockholm) and buy fresh bread for your breakfast. A smaller beach is only 400m walk away. If you like golf the popular Värmdö Golf & Country Club is a few kilometres away, where they also have a nice restaurant and occasionally night club. Drive or take the bus to the Stavsnäs or one of the other harbours and catch a ferry out to one of the beautiful islands of Stockholm archipelago. Spend some time at the unique Artipelag where you can enjoy the view, art and a nice restaurant and café. Siggesta Gård is also worth a visit with flee market, restaruant/orangerie, soccergolf, animals, hiking trails and more. Bullandö Marina has a nice seaside restaurant and a great icecream café where they make homemade gelato. By car you reach Stockholm Slussen/Old Town in about 20 min (the direct bus only takes 25min). The picturesque town Gustavsberg with it´s harbour, ceramics factory, outlets, cafés and museum is 10min away. Hiking path "Värmdöleden", with it´s nice nature, passes not far from the house. The perfect location enables you to enjoy the famous archipelago as well as the beauty and entertainment of the Capital of Scandinavia. Please note that we also have two small houses on the same property where two other (very nice) persons live. They only use their own terrace and not the garden. If they are home they are happy to assist you with any local tips. Bus stops (Ålstäket, Viks central or Hagabergsvägen) are only some 400m away, with buses to the old town of Gustavsberg or direct buses to Slussen in the centre of Stockholm. Supermarkets and a shopping mall is only five kilometres away and you have a 24h-open 7eleven shop, bakery, restaurant and beautiful beaches only minutes walk away.
