The residence has the capability to host up to 12 persons. The estate is situated 55km from the centre of Athens and is ideal for small excursions to Evia, an island of immense natural beauty and archaeological interest. Price includes twice-weekly cleaning service and daily pool and landscape maintenance. All parts of the estate are accessible for guests, with the exception of an independent domicile (studio) which can become available after prior agreement. I will be available for my guests 24/7. The estate provides easy access to the National Highway, and it is an ideal starting point for daily escapes to Athens historical centre (55km),the island of Evia (37km) and Delphi (140km). The coastal town of Oropos (4km), with its many beaches,seaside tavernas and bustling nightlife, provides ample opportunities for family-friendly recreation.
