Perfect to spend a few nights near Lille and enjoy the events of the stadium (Football, concerts, events, ...). Situated in the center of Lesquin, close to Lille Lesquin airport and Lesquin train station. My apartment is design and modern You have access to a private room in my apartment which is 66m ². The bedroom has a sofa bed and a wardrobe. It's possible to enjoy the 2 balconies of my apartment. Remote controlled roller shutter. My cat Gaïa will enjoy to welcome you during your stay. You can enjoy all the parts of my accommodation except my room. Bathroom, living room and kitchen available. Possibility to use the television, the fridge and the kitchen equipment. Use of the washing machine or dryer is to be indicated to the owner and will be charged after the visit 5 €. Use of the dishwasher is not allowed on a visit of 3 nights or less. I am available to give you advice throughout your stay (restaurant, activities, discoveries, ...) Apartment located in a very quiet area in the center of Lesquin. Perfect to spend a few nights near Lille and enjoy the events of the stadium (Football, concerts, events, ...). For conventions / shows / weddings or for your work, my apartment is located next to the Mercure / ibis hotel, the "Domaine des Charmes", Lesquin CRT or the activity area (Weembi, L'Hâche Prise, Climb Up...). Close to Lille Lesquin airport: (5 minutes by car), the big stadium of Lille Pierre Mauroy (5 minutes by car) and the city center of Lille (10 minutes by car). - Bus within walking distance - Lesquin train station a 5-minute walk - Metro Lille (stop "4 cantons") at 5 minutes by car Bakeries, butcher shops, supermarkets / hypermarkets nearby. Late departures, not negotiated with the owner, between 1 pm and 6 pm will be charged after the visit 15 €
