Cottage Studeno is located in the forest of Kočevska region, near the road to Kolpa river. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. Perfect for bigger groups, families or couples getaways, artists or writers, nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts, hikers, bicyclists, nature photographers... The surrounding area of the cottage includes: -a lot of space for different activities, with multiple tables and benches -campfire&grilling area -bowls court -glamping house with a pond near it The building encompasses 166 m2 . A contemporarily furnished kitchen (glass stove, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven and an old stove which can be used for heating and cooking) and “Yugo-nostalgic” room with two beds and a collection of useful and artistic objects from the period of the former Yugoslavia are both situated on the ground floor. According to an older resident of a nearby village, Josip Broz Tito, who was then the leader of Yugoslavia, also spent the night in cottage Studeno, during one of his bear hunting trips. You will be thrilled with the unusual furnishings, the collection of lamps made out of different, unusually used materials. Each door has its own unique wooden handle. The inner and outer ganks have been built using over 50 different types of woods, which are labelled with their Latin and Slovene names. Parking is available for multiple cars.
