Amazing and Cosy flat in the centre of Chalkida

Fantastic and cosy 1 bedroom flat/studio in the heart of Chlakis in Euboea. The apartment (2 floor) is roughly 37sq metres, it's in a great location on the main yacht harbour of Evripos. The flat is ideally located seconds away from the nicest restaurants, bars, coffee places, banks, stores and supermarkets. It is also a maximum 10 minutes walk from the main train station that links Athens and the Airport with Chalkida (just 94km/1hr drive). The flat is very secure while building contains lift. With regards accessing the flat: Entering the building, there are few steps leading to the lift that gets you to the flat. It features free WiFi, a spacious balcony , autonomous Air Condition , armchairs, kitchen, coffee machine and a TV. Last but not least, a wonderful hostess my mother Vaso. The train station is just 10 minutes walk where you can use it to commute to Athens. In addition the bus station is a 5 minutes drive where actually you can use the bus service to commute from and to the airport. The cost is €17 per way and it takes one hour door to door.
