Holiday home for 4-6 with own seafront, Stockholm

30 km north of Stockholm city in the archipelago you find this large plot with two houses with room for 6 persons in 3 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with twin beds is in the separate small guest house. (2 more beds is possible in bunk-beds). Own private seafront, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor shower. Small boats and kayaks available. You can reach Stockholm city in about 1 hour by public transport, but a car is highly recommended. The house was built 1925 and has been renovated by the owners to modern standard. It is one of the finest seaside locations within the calm neighbourhood with large plots where old and more modern houses are mixing. The garden is south facing and has all day sun until early evening. Own jetty with small private boats and kayaks. Sand beach and playground nearby. Winter note: during the winter-season. conditions are obviously different: No sea activities possible. Sauna and jacuzzi can be used. Guest house is heated but has no toilet or running water at that time. Contact the owner for current details. Guests have access to the full property, but the free standing guest house only if the beds there are needed. Access to use motor boats only after proof of competence and after pre-agreement with the owners. Guests may make use of the berries, fruits and vegetables growing in the garden. Kitchen will be offered with all the normal stationary, like suger, oil, washing powder etc, which the guests can make use of, provided that they replace what runs out. Guests will be met personally by the owners on the day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed), and will receive keys and be shown around. Guests are kindly asked to notify the owners in advance about their expected arrival time and flight number, if relevant (SMS, mail or phone). In the near surroundings there is a network of small local roads with little traffic, ideal for walks or jogging. You will see a mix of old and new houses. There are several spots with great views of the sea. There are small boat marinas and jettys. Within 10 km you have cities and shopping centres and places of interest. Several interesting places and islands are reachable by our boats. You can even take the kayakes and paddle to a nearby restaurant. Nearest public transport is by bus. It is about 15 min walk from the premises to the bus stop called "Svinningeuddsvägen". During normal hours there is a bus every 30 min. Travel time to Stockhom city is about one hour.
