The apartment on the ground floor (96sqm) has two bedrooms with double beds, flat screen TV, desk, fully equipped kitchen and large living / dining area with additional flat screen TV, bathroom and extra toilet. On the ground floor there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, which is accessible from the outside for all parties.
