Situated in Leigh on Sea, a stunning 2 bedroom maisonette a stones throw from the beach. You have clear sea views from both bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room There is a private balcony leading from both bedrooms and also from the sitting/dinning room. All balconies have seating to allow you to relax and read a book or have your morning cuppa. Whichever way you walk you will find tasty restaurants and cute coffee bars within minutes. Available on the beach-sup lessons, photography & yoga. Spacious sea views. The maisonettes is bright and airy with fabulous views. It has all the luxuries you would require of a home. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, bullet and all the utensils you may require. The bathroom consists of a deep bath and a modern overhead chrome shower. There is a large table with stunning new knocker back chairs with a beautiful chandelier above for that special evening meal. Guests will have sole access to all areas-one double bedroom and one single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, sitting room and dinning room and 3 fantastic balconies with views across the Estuary. I will be available by phone for any questions 24/7 There is an array of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk but not so close that they will cause you a disturbance. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk to the left of the building. You will find everything you need for a lovely stay. There is parking on the drive of the property.
