Centrally located upside down house in Trearddur Bay. Close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Wifi, Smart TV, wood burning stove. This great upside down holiday house is just a stone's throw from the shops and restaurants in Trearddur Bay. Located on the west coast of Anglesey, you are also spoilt for choice with the fantastic Blue Flag beaches and coves nearby. It's a great space to get together after a day at the beach, or exploring Anglesey, with a bright open planned area to cook, eat and relax what ever the weather! One well-behaved dog welcome. There is something for everyone in and around Trearddur Bay, whether it be watersports, walking, bird-watching, golf, or just putting your feet up! With a growing number of great places to eat and drink right on your doorstep, you could easily fill your days without needing to get in the car at all! There are three bedrooms on the ground floor - a king size room with direct access to the outside terrace. A double room then another with a zip and link bed giving you the option of twin or a super king size beds. The bright and airy open plan living space is on the first floor with high ceilings and a south facing balcony with views over the bay. The seating area has comfortable sofas, superfast fibre broadband, Smart TV including access to BT Sport and a wood burning stove for the colder evenings. Dining area with large table and seating for the whole family. The mdoern kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine and additional fridge in the garage with the tumble dryer in a separate utility area. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo and hand basin. The separate shower room has a loo, hand basin and electric towel radiator. Outside is a paved terrace on the ground floor which you can access via the garage and the master bedroom. This is a great spot for your morning brunch or evening glass of wine. There is also off street parking for three cars. Amenities: Gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Washing machine, additional fridge, tumble dryer.Smart TV, BT Sport, wood burning stove. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
