Lemon Tree House is an award winning stone villa situated in the UNESCO protected village of Perast. It has a beautiful large terrace and the house is the perfect mix between traditional charm and modern luxury. The stone villa is renovated to a very high specification and it has all the comforts and amenities you might want for your holiday; comfortable beds, fully equipped modern kitchen, A/C, Wi-Fi, excellent wardrobes, good storage facilities and hand crafted furniture etc. The house is ideal for families (cot, baby chair and stroller provided) and couples who are looking for a unique holiday experience! The terrace offers outdoor dining, lounging area and comfortable sun beds. It has plenty of space for games, snoozing in the sun or cooling down with the help or our out door shower or paddling pool. Feel free to use the lovely herbs in our herb garden when you cook your meals or use the BBQ. If you are a larger group, we also have an apartment next door (separate). The choice of restaurants is excellent and the combination of local delicatessens and international menus means there is something for every wallet and every taste. Only 15 minutes away is the beautiful medieval town of Kotor. It offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and museums and it often described as "Little Dubrovnik" because of the white stone houses and piazzas. The area around Boka Bay has loads to offer! There are fantastic hiking trails, beautiful pebble beaches, water sports and interesting culture - and everything is very easy accessible and near to the lovely Lemon Tree House.
