Lovely double bedroom over looking a nice garden in a family home, in a very peaceful location. Its a nice safe working class and family location. One of the safest and cleanest locations in Nottingham/Derby. There are some fantastic pubs and bars just minutes away from the house. There is also a very lovely public park and garden for walks and runs, the West park and garden centre is just across the road from us. Also there are super stores in town which about 5 minutes drive. But then there is a Tesco express which is like a 2 minutes walk from the house, its open from 6.00 to 23.00 daily should u need to get anything fast. If you need some retail therapy or just out for a coffee and a bite to eat, then the Chilwell retail park is really close by where there are various shops and restaurants and fast food joints as well as coffee shop like Costa and so on. There is a bus station with services to Nottingham City Centre, just across the street. Also the Long Eaton Station which is about 10 minutes walk has regular train services to the North i.e Sheffield and so on and to the south i.e London and so on. The East Midlands International Airport is about 5 miles away from the house. But we do not hear any noise from the aircrafts at all. So location wise, you are spot on, in the sense that you are at the centre of everything in terms access and also services for fun things to do.
