The Studio is a self contained Annex to the main house. The Studio benefits from private entrance access. Within the studio there is a double bed with superb quality JL mattress and pillows with crisp white JL bed linen and JL bath towels. Additionally there is a sofa, kitchen table and chairs and a Sherlock Holmes style high-backed reading chair. There is also a spacious bathroom and kitchen, as well as an outdoor patio area. Ample private parking for a horse box or trailer on the driveway. Private guest access is provided as well as private use of a patio area. If I am not at home at the time of check in, the key will be left in the lock box. I will be available via either email or mobile. I'm only next door if you need further assistance. The Studio is located on a quiet, private road. The leafy village of Cuckfield includes two big parks, with plenty of beautiful walks. There is also a golf course and regular services at the Baptist Church and C of E Holy trinity church. Cuckfield is in close proximity to The National Trust's Nymans Gardens and Sheffield Park. Local, highly-acclaimed restaurants include Ockenden Manor, The Rose & Crown and Jeremy's at Borde Hill. The village includes serveral boutique shops, cafes, a pharmacy , furniture shops , hairdressers, and four pubs. Bolney Wine Estate is worth a visit too with the Bolney Bubbly becoming a firm favourite in many quality restaurants and now served in BA First class. There is ample off-street parking at the property. The nearest train station, Haywards Heath, is an 8-minute drive away. The station has services running frequently to Brighton (14 minutes), Gatwick (10 minutes), London Victoria (50 minutes) and London Bridge (45 minutes). Cuckfield is situated approximately 8 minutes from the A23 providing easy access by car.
