Eleni Villa II - Mais. House 6-7 pers. - in Horto Pelion

El Villa I & II are located in Horto about 46 km south of Volos and 3 km from Milina. Our Villa is located 150 m away from the beach. Nearby you will find shops, taverns and restaurants. In a large property of 1800 sqm you will find a well-kept garden surrounded by many trees and plants, a swimming pool (4 X 6 m and depth 1.20 to 1.50 m) and a barbecue area. The accommodation consists of Villa 1 which contains two apartments and Villa II which is a duplex house. Please note that the swimming pool, garden and barbecue area are available for all the guests of both villas. Cleaning, linen and towels change takes place every four days. The bed linen and towels can be changed also earlier by request. Maisonette house - for 6-7 persons: The Villa is a Maisonette house (105 sq.m.+ 36 sq. m veranda + 5,5 sq.m balkony) with 3 bedrooms on each floor, living room on the ground floor with fireplace. On the ground floor is also a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there is also a toilet. Two of the bedrooms have a shared balcony (7,5 sq m) and on the ground floor there is a large shady veranda 36 sqm with garden furniture. TV is available.
