cosy room/studio near Amsterdam comfy bed (1 or 2)

1 or 2 comfy beds ,separate entrance, private small functional bathroom and kitchen; still space left. 13m2. own terrace. Room is in my house, but totally private, no sharing nor direct connection. Free wifi. Purmerend: a quiet town. Bus only 35 minutes to the city centre of Amsterdam. Busstop at 150 meters. As fellow traveller I think I know what's important. Only interested in nightlife/party/weed? Probably not your place. A good place to rest after exhausting day in the city of Amsterdam. As there are 2 rooms, it's possible for groups of 4 to book my place (if both rooms are available ofcourse). Everything you need is there. A good place to relax after a day at Amsterdam city centre or visiting the coastal area, windmills or fishing villages Volendam/Edam. The room is not large but it's supposed to offer you 2 beds and the opportunity to cook your own meal. In summer you have your own terrace so you can sit outside. You are fully self supportive. I will be there when you need me. I like the interaction but if you want to be on your own I will respect your privacy. Washing/drying is possible for a small contribution Your room is totally private, but if you want to see me, need advice or whatever I'll be there. Quiet neighbourhood. 10 minutes bus and walk to the city centre of Purmerend with bars and restaurants. Small shopping mall, chinese restauarant and snackbar at 400 metres. Other direction: within 5 minutes you'll reach the countryside for a nice walk in the polder and may see some tulip fields in spring. Bus 306, 4 times an hour during daytime to Amsterdam city centre (30 minutes). Amsterdam Schiphol airport, direct connection, also 30 minutes plus some additional time by bus (5 minutes) or by foot (10 minutes). Busstop at 150 metres from my place. Buses till 1.15 a.m. on weekdays, 3.30 a.m. during weekends. Future guests: please read this carefully so you won't be disappointed. I'd like to give you full and transparant information: Lately I had some 4 star scores on the item "location" so beforehand: I live in a suburb of Amsterdam at 35 minutes of Amsterdam central station/city centre. If that's far or not is up to you. I live here because I think it's convenient and a very pleasant quiet neighbourhood. The busstop is only at 150 metres from my place. Location I can't change, all the other items I try improve constantly, if within my sphere of influence. And unfortunately, that's not location and I am not going to move. Purmerend has a nice city centre itself with bars and restaurants: about 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus.
