Located in Sartilly 30 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes drive from the beach of Carolles. You can park your car in the property in front of the house. On the ground floor: A living room with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, hotplates, an oven, a micro- wave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine and other utensils and cooking robots. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms consisting of 2 single beds on the one hand and a double bed on the other, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
