Set in over seventy acres of parkland, Château de Flora features a heated swimming pool, private tennis court, table tennis, boules and badminton – enough to keep all the family entertained. Explore the arboretum of over 200 species of rare trees, pick flowers in the walled kitchen garden and relax by the fishing pond. If you can tear yourself away from the château then you’ll find wine tours, historic villages, canoeing on the Loire and some of France’s most magnificent castles close by. Try local cuisine at the Michelin starred restaurant 10 minutes away or visit the atmospheric on a Thursday morning in Ancenis. The Mont of Saint-Michel day trip is a must and The Puy du Fou medieval park in Les Epesses is fun for all.
