Peaceful double room - London commuters nr station

1st floor, large bedroom with double bed/chest of draws/wardrobe/desk/leather armchair/mirror/recycling & laundry bins. Literally a 5-7 minute walk to Ockendon station (C2C line), Oyster cards & contactless payment can be used from here. Ideal for anyone traveling into London Fenchurch Street (approx.30 mins - see train timetable pic) or Southend (44mins) or anywhere in between (incl. links to London Underground). A peaceful area away from the traffic congestion of towns further into London. One stop away from Lakeside Shopping Centre on the C2C train line. Parking is available, but a visitor permit is required between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday. Out side of these days/time parking is free. During permit times I make a small charge to cover the cost of buying permits.
