IMPORTANT: This unit is upstairs, so renters MUST be physically able to use stairs to access this apartment. We promise that the breathtaking view of the lake is worth the climb! *If stairs and mobility are an issue for you, please look for Lake City Landings, Units 1 or 4. Unit 1 only has one step in and Unit 4 is completely on one floor.* This is a self-contained apartment for your use. Generally we're not on the premises, but someone is always just 15 minutes away in case of problems. Situated in downtown Lake City, you are just steps from four of the most popular restaurants and bars in town. The building sits on a 160-foot seawall that makes for amazing swimming and fishing. We are also just 1 block from a beautiful, sandy beach and boardwalk. Parking is a breeze! Park up to four cars. Since we're centrally located downtown, most places of interest can be reached on foot. Located on the lower patio, you have a picnic table, jack and jill bench, charcoal grill with tools, and a fire pit for your use. You may interact with other vacationing guests, but do not need to share these items!
