Claydon Lodge is situated between the villages of Lechlade and Fairford, set on a farm in the grounds of the owners' home. With its own large garden and a terrace for al fresco dining, it overlooks the amazing views of the vast farm land around it. A beautiful gypsy caravan sits in the garden and you are welcome to pop inside and read or snooze! Recharge in this peaceful location. SPECIAL OFFER! The Lodge is a spacious old stone house with two bedrooms each with ensuite facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with electric range cooker and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is bright and cosy with patio doors to the garden and a flat screen Smart TV. Wifi is free. The Lodge can accommodate 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. The second double room can be configured with 2 single beds and a further pop up bed is available. The house is available for use in its entirety along with the garden area immediately surrounding the property. Vanessa, your host will be available to answer any questions you may have and make recommendations for local places of interest to explore, restaurants and pubs to enjoy and helpful amenities to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The Lodge at Claydon sits between the small town of Lechlade and the village of Fairford. You will need a car as the Lodge is situated off the main road and set back on farmland. There is ample parking on site. There are three lovely dogs that live in the owners' main home on the grounds. A Dachshund, (Plum), a young Lurcher( (Pamela) and a Labrador (Poppy). All are friendly and will no doubt come and say hello! We are happy to include your pet dog in your stay but your male dogs will need to have been neutered.
